Return & Cancellations

Absolutely, yes. VVS insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. In some cases, signature option is not available and we’ll reply on courier tracking pages. As a customer, you must mention full address in your order along with House/Apartment number to get hassle free deliveries. We’ll not be liable if the package has been left at locker or front door if you’re unavailable. To avoid that, you need to be present at the address at the time of delivery or you’ll need to make delivery arrangements by reaching courier company.

We are a small business and while we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer. (Normally, we try that customer will not have to pay any duties or taxes but, those charges are not in our control. So that we don’t assume any liability on charges charged by customs/government agencies. 

  • We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. We can show you the products on video call before shipping so that you’re knowing what you’re exactly getting. Feel free to ask us about scheduling calls.
  • We gladly accept return/exchange for defective or damaged items. Change of mind returns are not allowed.
  • if you receive the item that is not as described or damaged, email us at [email protected] and we will sort it out for you by either offering exchange or refund. 

  • Return Shipping charges will be paid by us as after we receive the item back to our warehouse.
  •  Item must be returned in it’s original and unworn conditions. We will not accept worn or used items and meaningfully damaged item as return.
  • Customer need to send us unboxing video to claim for refund/exchange
  • Customer have to raise refund/exchange request within 14 days of delivery.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, you’ll need to place a new order for it.

If the product is heavily damaged and returned to us, we’ll bear the shipping charge. (We might not be able to generate return shipping label but, in that case, we’ll refund you the amount you paid to return)

We’ll make a new shipment for you with your order if your order is lost in transit or undelivered due to any other reason that belong to us or shipper. We’ll not be able to send new shipment if the non-delivery happened due to any reason of consignee.

  • We do not accept cancellation but, if you’ve any problem with your order, please reach us ASAP and we’ll find a resolution.
  • In hard cases, order can be cancelled within 48 hours (if the order is unshipped). Our decision will be final in any cases.
  • Order once shipped, can’t be cancelled.
