All of our pieces are handmade by artisan goldsmiths in our factories in India. Coming very soon, we will take you into our studios so you can take a peek at the painstaking process involved in making EXCLUSIVE pieces.

We purchase our gold from the Insia, and, our stones and diamonds are manufactured in our own factories in India.. While we can certify that our stones are conflict-free and ethically sourced, we are currently tracking the source of our gold.

We are one of the very few D2C (Direct To Consumer) Brands. Our focus is to provide exclusive and designer jewelry pieces at an affordable rate. Our collection of modular fine jewelry essentials are designed to be creatively customized to keep up with your bold, dynamic life. Our pieces are made of high quality gold and stones, so you can wear them now while you build a jewelry wardrobe you will love forever.

You can surely visit our factory and offices in India. But, Most of our customers are based out of India. So, it’s not possible to see and feel the products in person. But, to overcome that, we’ve a video call facility to show you live products in a way that you wanna see. Please Mail or WhatsApp us to schedule video calls.

No, currently we are not involved in business or redesigning old jewelry.

Shipping

Our online store now offers free 5-7 Business day shipping for USA, Canada, Europe, UK, Australia and many other countries, regardless of what you order.

Expect 2-3 business days longer compared to general delivery timelines of other US states.

We offer free expedited shipping to more than 90 countries in the world. Takes 7-9 Business days to deliver in most places.

Ready to ship products will be shipped in 1-2 Business Days mostly. Made to order items can take up to 2 weeks to ship as, we make it specifically for you. For more details on shipping timelines, please refer information provided on product page.

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at [email protected].

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days after we receive product in our warehouse to appear back on your statement.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, all debit cards and PayPal. You can also pay in installments via Klarna.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
